Our Founder
Kimberly Coleman, Founder and Executive Director of Pathways to Independence, is a U.S. Army veteran with extensive experience helping people who need safe housing and a fresh start. Her passion is helping individuals secure stable housing while they work toward a permanent solution.

Shared Room
Weekly payment: $140
Monthly payment: $600
Furnished shared living with utilities and high-speed WiFi included. Weekly or monthly payments accepted.
Private Room
Weekly payment: $190

Private, fully furnished suite with dedicated space and utilities. Weekly or monthly payments accepted.
Move-In Costs
No Deposit
Move-in is simple: a one-time participation fee of $250 plus your first week - no deposit. Weekly or monthly rent payments accepted. Contact us to confirm availability and your initial rent payment.
